Job Scope
- Managing multiple commercial development projects within transit and retail environments.
- Developing retail planning strategies and placemaking initiatives.
- Scheduling meetings and facilitating communication with stakeholders to obtain development and operational requirements throughout the project life cycle.
- Planning project timelines and managing project costs.
- Procurement of consultants and contractors to oversee the design development and construction phases.
- Managing consultants to complete technical proposals and authority submissions.
- Managing contractors to ensure that the works meet the contract design requirements, specifications and programme.
- Preparing regular management reports.

- Ensuring the project deliverables, budget and datelines are adhered to.
- Project tasks are executed in a well organised manner.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to new situations.

Qualifications & Work Experience
- Degree in M&E Engineering or equivalent preferred
- 3 years of working experience in M&E Engineering for commercial projects is preferred.
- 3 years of working experience in project coordination and project management of commercial related projects is preferred.
