- Leading & Ensure all New Product Listings Listed on timely basis and drive successful launch with customer & marketing.
- Develop competencies and processes required to create effective and efficient sales organization.
- Meeting company Account Receivable objective by maintaining healthy aging level.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the sales team.
- Manage trade budget, trading term discussion within budget allocated.
- Ensure trade return rate within company's objective, good market hygiene in the trade with FIFO practices.
- Maximizing ROI by evaluating incremental of sales and trade investment of each position monthly basis.
- Keep abreast with latest market trends and development, with sound knowledge of competitors' activities.
- Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
- Proactively identify changes in Sports Nutrition Industry, delivery systems, competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Bachelor degree or higher in business development or other related fields.
- At least 5 years' experience in key account management in FMCG or Pharmacy Channel.
- Analytical, strong business acumen, negotiation, customer-oriented, presentation, result-driven
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Good command in English both spoken and written - Plus point: Chinese and Malay languages.
- Self-initiator and high level of self-accountability.
- Has Entrepreneurship & Ownership with a high sense of emergency and able to thrives under pressure.
- Positively motivated with a Can-do attitude.
