Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) for contract negotiations with Chinese partners.
Independent at work while being able to work collaboratively at all levels and across functions.
Good legal research skills, including for foreign jurisdictions
Resourceful, ability to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities in a fast paced environment.
Organization skills with ability to monitor follow-through
