Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy Planning
Develop event plans and long-term strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals, product positioning, and target audience. Define themes, objectives, and expected outcomes for each phase.Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Analyze data to refine event strategies and maintain competitiveness.
Event Planning and Creative Conceptualization
Lead the ideation and design of various marketing events, including theme selection, format, and content.Prepare detailed event proposals covering processes, budget allocation, staffing, and timelines, ensuring feasibility and execution.
Event Execution and Project ManagementOversee event preparation and execution, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation.Manage all execution phases, including venue setup, procurement, and staff training. Address issues promptly to ensure timely completion.Control event budgets by allocating resources efficiently, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring outcomes align with budget constraints.
Event Promotion and Publicity
Develop promotional strategies to boost event visibility and participation through online and offline channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and media partnerships.Create impactful promotional materials, including posters, videos, and invitations, ensuring effective messaging to attract the target audience.
Event Evaluation and Feedback
Establish a system for evaluating event success, collecting data on attendance, satisfaction, and conversion rates. Use analytics tools to measure event effectiveness.Analyze results, identify lessons learned, and provide recommendations for future event improvements.
Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.
Work Experience
At least 3 years of experience in event planning and execution, with a proven history of managing large-scale successful events.Experience in event marketing within diverse industries, particularly internet and financial sectors.Experience with Web3 industry events is a plus.
Professional Skills
In-depth knowledge of event planning and execution, with hands-on experience across various event formats.Proficiency with project management tools such as Gantt charts and event management software.Strong copywriting and design skills for creating compelling promotional content. Familiarity with design software is a plus.Proficient in data analysis tools for evaluating event outcomes and driving data-backed optimization.
