· Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis and modeling for company fundraising and internal board meeting reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate financial statements reporting, business plans, and financial projections.

· Deal execution: Participate in the company’s debt and equity fundraisings, contribute through material preparation, due diligence, deal negotiations, and through closing.

· Conduct Market Research: Perform comprehensive market research and analysis specific to the fintech and digital banking industry, identifying potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on the findings.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting or related field. MBA’s or master's degree preferred.

· 3-5 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or management consulting. Prior experience in financial services or fintech preferred.

· Strong financial analysis background with a solid understanding of financial modelling, financial statements and FP&A.

· Demonstrated research and analytical abilities, with the capacity to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

· Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a multinational working environment.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

· Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently.
