
Behavioral Therapist (Home-Based) – Transform Children’s Lives with ABA Therapy

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 home-based therapy sessions (3 hours per session).
- Implement ABA-VB techniques tailored to each child’s unique learning needs.
- Perform behavioral assessments and set personalized learning goals.
- Upload session notes and observations to our shared drive.
- Collaborate with the Head Therapist to review progress and adjust strategies.
- Provide feedback to parents after each session.
- Attend monthly staff meetings (first 3 months in-person, then online).
- No need to create materials—everything is provided via Google Drive.
Working Hours & Commitment
Full-Time:
- Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 12 PM & 3 PM – 6 PM (6 hours per day).
- Saturdays: 9 AM – 12 PM (morning only).
- Work with 2 students per day.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Early Childhood, Special Education, or a related field.
- Strong interaction, play, and communication skills with children.
- Experience as a Behavioral Therapist or working with children is a plus but not mandatory—training provided.
- Proficient in English with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable traveling to students’ residences (this is a home-based role).
- Flexible, creative, and committed to at least one year (for full-time roles).
- Reliable, punctual, and passionate about helping children.
