As part of this commitment, they are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior HR Generalist to join them and support their HR initiatives and operations in Singapore.Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of HR, this position will be in charge of supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.Responsibilities will include:
  • Work closely with various heads of departments to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives while driving employee engagement
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports on workforce trends, attrition, and payroll costs for management review.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflict resolution.
  • Work closely with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
The Successful Applicant
  • Formal education in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in a HR generalist position in the retail industry
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Singapore.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Resilient personality with ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
