- Familiarity with processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
- Good problem solving skills & logical reasoning. Ability to break down complex information into smaller , manageable parts.
- Basic Knowledge of Cloud technologies - Container, Docker & Kubernetes, AWS
- Knowledge of one or more general purpose programming languages or automation scripting
- Good understanding of Internet and Web technologies including proxy & load balancing solutions - haproxy, blue/green architecture, Apache/ tomcat/ Springboot , SSL Certificates.
- Basic understanding of Authentication & Authorization protocols - OIDC, OAuth, SAML, Kerberos
