  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline

Minimum 4 years of working experience as Business Analyst

Participated in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology

Proven experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning and design, and testing

Good understanding of customer/user experience, design thinking, user story mapping and digital product lifecycle management

Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders

A driven and motivated personality with an ability to learn and apply Knowledge of, or experience in implementing projects in at least one of the following areas Data Analytics, Agile Methodologies, Internet and Mobile Technologies, Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge Management, Service Design, Cloud Solutioning.

  • Past development or consulting experience (preferable)
