Regional supply chain functional responsibility with 6 direct reports and 26 indirect reports with annual volume of 6M 9L cases.This is a role where you will need to be in the office 4 days a week with the option to work from home on Fridays.What You Can ExpectSupply Chain functional oversight of BF’s forward-integrated distribution markets in conjunction with the respective country’s management teams.Oversee 8 3PL partnerships in the region.Maintain effective and consistent measures and controlsHiring, training and development of B-F’s local Supply Chain personnel.Lead operational implementation of new RTC transitions in close cooperation with the Director of RTC Strategy, EAA Senior Supply Chain Director and regional business owners.Lead operational implementation of new RTC transitions and establishment of RTC Supply Chain Operations and Organizations.Lead third party logistics provider solicitation, evaluation, selection and contracting and orchestrate all B-F stakeholders throughout the process, such as; Finance, Risk Management, Legal, General Management, and ITPartner with the country general manager and HR in recruiting, hiring, on-boarding in-market supply chain management .Continuously support markets supply chain organizations and act as escalation entity for dispute resolution with internal and/or externalLiaison for Asia between corporate, region, and distributor personnel on in-market supply chain operational matters:Identify regional supply chain issues and work with appropriate BF Supply Chain personnel to achieve resolution and minimization of future occurrencesLead supply chain improvement initiatives, in alignment with corporate strategies and processes.What You Bring to the TableBachelor’s degree in a business related field, plus 5 – 10 year experience in international supply chain management activities; with experience in two or more functional areasExtensive project/implementation management experienceProven leadership abilityStrong communicator who can organize and use information effectivelyCollaborative approach to working with others to achieve mutually beneficial objectivesOrganizational and facilitation skills, along with ability to interact credibly with upper level management and cross functional groups within BF Louisville and across the regionsLong-term strategic business focus and understanding, coupled with the ability to make recommendations regarding difficult, complex strategic decisionsManages progress across multiple conflicting/interdependent initiatives and resourcesFluent in EnglishWhat Makes You UniqueMBA or other advanced degreeExtensive cross cultural experienceWho We AreWe believe great people build great brands.
