Your duties and responsibilities include the following:
1. Order Processing
- managing and processing orders
- ensuring timely delivery and
- accurate document
2. Update of project block chart for work order issue and deliveries
3. Sales support
- assisting sales representatives with their queries,
- preparing sales presentations, samples, dry lay report
- monitoring of product availability
- managing schedule
4. Coordinates sales activities
- organising sales meeting, events and team building activities
5. Communication, liaising between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations
6. To perform other assignments as directed by the Management
Requirements:
- Possess minimum a Diploma with relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of accounting systems
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Possess hands on experience with Navision is an advantage.
- Knowledge of construction drawings is an advantage.
- Entry Level are welcome
