Assistant Product Marketing Manager (12-Month Contract)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Assistant Product Manager to drive sustained engagement and awareness of payment solutions through strategic marketing efforts. The ideal candidate excels at networking, building relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. They should be well-organized, analytical, and proactive in developing strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns targeting young adults and key audiences across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including merchant account managers, business analytics, and marketing functions, to align and coordinate campaign activities.
- Merchant Partnerships: Negotiate and secure beneficial partnerships with merchants to offer attractive promotions for customers.
- Content & Marketing Material Creation: Develop engaging marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website banners, to effectively promote campaigns.
- Campaign Implementation & Compliance: Ensure all promotional offers are accurately displayed and executed across platforms.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze user data to identify trends and generate actionable insights for improving platform engagement.
- Administrative Support: Assist in invoice and contract management, as well as budget tracking for marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in marketing, product management, or partnership development is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
