Operation Manager(Autonomous Vehicle)
Job Description:
Assist in the operation, deployment, and after-sales maintenance of Autonomous Vehicle hardware and software systems, including the execution, tracking, and resolution of operational and after-sales tasks.
Operate vehicles, track and collect testing data from Autonomous Vehicles, respond promptly to road emergencies, and ensure the safety of vehicles and personnel.
Collaborate with project managers in the preparation of operational projects in various locations, coordinate local personnel arrangements, conduct operation training, and coordinate internal and external tasks.
Under the guidance of remote personnel, track and document issues related to the operation of Autonomous Vehicles, including problem descriptions, analyses, and solutions.
Analyse operational data of products, formulate corresponding operational strategies, implement improvement measures, and provide support for product development.
Maintain operational business ledgers, optimize costs, and improve efficiency through data-driven business practices. Identify user needs and propose reasonable solutions.
Qualifications:
Mandarin Speaking and have driver's license
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or an engineering field, with a preference for majors related to automobiles or previous work experience in after-sales technical support.
Strong preference for familiarity with the Artificial Intelligence driving industry or related fields.
Proficient in computer usage and various application software, possessing a solid foundation in IT. Demonstrates strong learning capabilities, with the ability to quickly grasp the use of new software within a short period.
Excellent customer communication skills, adept at promptly addressing issues. Exhibits a strong spirit of teamwork and demonstrates a sense of responsibility.
