Human Resource Manager (HR Business Partner Role)
Location: Jalan Besar
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30amAM - 6.30PM
Salary: range 3k - 4k per month

We’re looking for a Human Resource Manager with an HR Business Partner (HRBP) mindset—someone who can build a strong, motivated team while ensuring that HR processes support our growing real estate business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As the HR Business Partner for SN Real Estate, you’ll play a key role in managing our most valuable asset—our people! Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies that align with our company’s objectives and culture.
- Managing the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training.
- Acting as a key HR partner to agents and employees, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed in the fast-paced real estate industry.
- Enhancing employee engagement by organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and workplace events.
- Handling employee relations, engagement activities, conflicts, and disciplinary matters with professionalism and care.
- Providing HR guidance to leadership, ensuring our people strategy supports business growth.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and industry regulations.
- Assisting in applying for HR-related grants and permits to support team development.
- Contributing to strategic HR projects that enhance the overall employee experience.
- Other HR-related tasks as assigned—we value fresh ideas and innovation!
Who We’re Looking For:
- A people-first HR professional who enjoys working with a dynamic and growing team.
- At least 1 year of HR experience (bonus if you have experience in real estate or a fast-paced industry!).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be interacting with agents, employees, and leadership daily.
- A proactive, extroverted leader who thrives in a people-driven and fast-moving environment.
- Ability to manage workloads effectively, ensuring HR functions run smoothly while supporting a growing team.
- IT-savvy and comfortable with HR systems.
- Able to start immediately.
