  • Communicate well in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries, request and/or demands from English and Mandarin speaking customers, such like China, Malaysia, Thailand markets).
  • Proven ability to be self-motivated and work under one’s own initiative.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Committed and possess the ability to inspire and motivate others with strong teamwork.
  • Result-oriented, strong work ethic and able to work under pressure and independently.
  • High level of integrity and responsibility.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office packages, experience in data analysis tools is an advantage.
