We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate, Relationship Management, Global Incorporations based in our Vistra, Singapore office. This is a full-time and permanent position reporting to the Director, Relationship Management, Global Incorporations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as an ambassador and main point of contact for clients
  • Be an account manager and upsell Group's services to the existing client base
  • Assist clients on their queries and requests relating to companies in different offshore jurisdictions, including day-to-day matters relating to pre and post incorporation of companies
  • Work with various clients, such as end clients, and associated end clients, professional intermediary firms like lawyers, bankers and CPAs
  • Work with Client Solutions Team on various support on services to clients
  • Ensure corporate regulatory and KYC compliance
  • Other ad-hoc work duties as assigned

Key requirements:

  • University or Polytechnic Graduates from Business Administration or Mass Communications or relevant discipline
  • 2 years of relevant work experience will be preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome (on-the-job training will be provided)
  • Client service and engagement experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good to have: Use of Salesforce and Viewpoint
  • Eloquent communication skills, positive attitude, strong team player
  • Willing to learn and able to work independently
