  • Balanced Scorecard : Review and update KPIs with the leadership team, address performance gaps, and present updates to senior management. Ensure alignment of performance targets with organizational goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage the Corporate Governance budget, conduct financial analysis, and create reports to aid senior management decision-making.
