Highly required -

  • Primary proficiency in ActiveMQ, with secondary expertise in Kafka.
  • Additional knowledge of Linux and scripting skills is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills -

Intermediate knowledge and hands on experiences in SQL and Linux

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring applications and infrastructure alerts.
  • Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate potential production issues.
  • Taking ownership, responding to incident tickets, and closing open incident tickets by adhering to service level agreements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an application support role.
  • Proficiency in Unix commands, Shell scripting, and SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of Job scheduling, Kafka, and ActiveMQ is a plus.
  • Exposure to the banking industry is advantageous.
  • Dynamic individual with a thirst for learning.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
