- Experience in corporate law, compliance, or contract management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- A background in both law and business is preferred.
