JOB DESCRIPTIONKey Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc presentations, reports, Q&A.
  • Prepare responses to management's ad-hoc request.
  • Coordinate preparation of presentations for weekly Asset Management's meetings.
  • Support management in preparing data/information for investors.
  • Coordinate/organize meetings/site visits for investors.
  • Assist in preparing FS/board papers for divestments/investments.
  • Review draft contracts and provide advice on legal and compliance matters for commercial projects under the supervision and instructions of the legal department.
  • For licensing documents and communications with government agencies, prepare draft documents for the legal department's review and sign-off.
  • Provide updates on/summary of changes in laws and regulations which are relevant to the business and project companies under the instruction and supervision of the legal department.
JOB REQUIREMENTSQualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Experience in corporate law, compliance, or contract management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • A background in both law and business is preferred.
