Role Overview
We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to drive engagement and foster strong relationships with our investor community. This role will be responsible for investor communications, capital raising, and ensuring a seamless investment experience for our clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator with a strong understanding of private real estate investments and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Engagement & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing investors, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and investment-related queries.
- Organize and conduct investor briefings, webinars, and networking events to enhance investor understanding and engagement.
Fundraising & Capital Development
- Lead investor outreach efforts to drive capital commitments for new investment opportunities.
- Educate investors on RealVantage’s platform, investment thesis, and portfolio strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor investment solutions that align with investor needs.
Marketing & Communications
- Work closely with the marketing team to craft content that enhances RealVantage’s brand positioning and thought leadership.
- Maintain regular updates on investment performance, portfolio developments, and market trends.
Compliance & Investor Onboarding
- Ensure investors meet regulatory and platform requirements in line with MAS guidelines.
- Oversee the investor onboarding process, including KYC/AML procedures, subscription agreements, and platform navigation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in investor relations, capital raising, private equity, real estate investment, or wealth management.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate investments, fund structures, and capital markets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex investment concepts for investors.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and nurture high-net-worth (HNW) and institutional investor relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial data, investment performance metrics, and market trends.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, investor platforms, and digital marketing channels.
