- Carry out repair services and overhauling of diesel engines and machinery.
- Perform assembly work and function checks to maintain operational standards.
- Conduct general maintenance and fitting work onboard vessels.
- Dismantle and install marine engine components and associated systems.
- Assist in fitting and alignment of mechanical parts during onboard vessel operations.
- Ensure proper handling and installation of machinery components.
- Support engineers in their work by providing hands-on technical assistance.
- Work closely with the team to execute projects efficiently.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform general fitter duties as required.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; NTC / ITC in Mechanical or Diesel Engine preferred.
- Some relevant experience in vessel maintenance, mechanical work, or diesel engines is advantageous.
