  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead and guide large-scale, high-impact

projects for our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution

architecture, team leadership, cloud-based solutions, and a proven track record of delivering

complex technical systems within diverse industries such as healthcare, insurance, banking

finance, and transportation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of solution architects to deliver large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client business needs and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with business teams, and stakeholders to define system features, functional requirements, and strategic objectives.
  • Design and implement cloud-based architectures, including microservices, Kafka workflows, and high-performance technical stacks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and enhanced user experience.
  • Develop and manage data migration and system cutover strategies.
  • Direct the technical aspects of projects, including vendor engagement, to select and implement the best technological solutions across multiple markets and regions.
  • Drive presales activities, support client presentations, and provide strategic guidance on technical solutions.
  • Mentor and train junior architects and developers, helping to build a robust technical team.
  • Lead the integration and deployment of cross-functional solutions in diverse industries, such as healthcare, insurance, banking finance, and transportation, ensuring seamless user adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices in system architecture,UI/UX, and agile development methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Should have AWS Certified Solution Architect Certification
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions based on AWS, Java as well as Microservices architectures.
  • Able to converse in Vietnamese language as need to communicate with technical teams in Vietnam
  • Proficiency in technologies such as AWS Cloud, Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, Oracle,
  • Postgres, and various frontend and backend technologies.
  • Strong expertise in managing and delivering large-scale, high-availability systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior top-level executives and cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and business strategy.
  • Proven track record of working on complex systems like CRM and payment processing platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
