Key Account Management:
  • Drive sales growth and achievement for assigned channels, (Supermarkets etc)
  • Develop and align the annual business plan and channel strategy to meet channel KPIs.
  • Lead Joint Business Planning sessions and conduct regular business reviews with key customers.
  • Manage A&P funds efficiently to ensure optimal spending.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align Category and Brand strategy, transforming them into actionable channel strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and assess trade promotions, price-offs, and advertised offers.
  • Handle new product listings, promotion pack listings, price maintenance, and promotion claims.
  • Monitor distribution growth and range extension.
  • Regularly review Retailers' Planograms, identifying opportunities to drive category growth.
  • Partner with the Operations team to ensure optimal store coverage, displays, and hygiene.
  • Drive best-in-class execution in trade.
New Business Development:
  • Create and implement a New Business Development plan.
  • Develop promotional plans to penetrate new segments.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in account management
  • Experience in F&B distribution or Retail industry
