KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage projects for cross market strategic initiatives and implementation as PMO
  • Provide guidance for cross market brand portfolio, marketing investment decision & regional investment priority/allocation
  • Facilitate discussions and collaboration with headquarters, brand-holders, and Strategy teams in other regions/markets to ensure alignment on global and cross-regional business strategies.
  • Collaborate to drive the implementation of Group strategies, identify interdependencies, harness synergies, and cultivate internal partnerships to successfully attain critical business objectives, including cross-border strategic initiatives and investments.
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments to take the lead on ad-hoc topics and projects initiated by senior management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 12-15 years of professional working experience in Strategy (preferably in-house) roles.
  • Experience in Travel Retail, Beauty or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience at a senior managerial level, managing a portfolio of enterprise projects.
  • Strong comprehension of internal and external business environment and influences
  • Possess strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling, and market research to generate insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the skill to tailor messages to various stakeholder groups.
  • Exhibit the capability to foster positive connections and influence senior, peer, or junior colleagues and key stakeholders.
  • Proven project management expertise. Demonstrate ability to consistently anticipate, plan, and successfully execute projects within defined scope, timelines, budget, and resource constraints.
