Job scope:

HR Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and compliance records.
  • Assist in HR audits and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leaves, and allowances.
  • Handle employee benefits administration, including medical, insurance, and claims.
  • Address payroll-related queries and coordinate with finance teams.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and exit formalities.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of employee orientation programs.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirement:

  • Min Degree in Business/HRM or related course
  • At least 1 yr of HR experience (not necessarily a generalist/HR Ops role)
