Job scope:
HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and compliance records.
- Assist in HR audits and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leaves, and allowances.
- Handle employee benefits administration, including medical, insurance, and claims.
- Address payroll-related queries and coordinate with finance teams.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and exit formalities.
- Ensure smooth coordination of employee orientation programs.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirement:
- Min Degree in Business/HRM or related course
- At least 1 yr of HR experience (not necessarily a generalist/HR Ops role)
