Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Elven’s global vision and regional business goals.
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and evaluate high-impact campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Strategic Partnerships
Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with aligned brands and organizations to enhance Elven’s brand presence and expand its market reach.
Brand Positioning
Ensure consistent and culturally relevant brand messaging across all digital platforms while adapting strategies to fit the unique market dynamics of each region.
Data-Driven Insights
Leverage analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Present actionable insights and regular performance reports to senior leadership.
Team Leadership
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Global Marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging, strategy execution, and shared business objectives.
Vendor and Agency Management
Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet brand standards and performance expectations.
Market Insights
Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving consumer behaviors to implement innovative and effective marketing solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful initiatives in a multinational environment.Experience in Web3 industry is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and industry best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Budget Management: Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting spend effectively.
