
Patient Service Associate (Hospital)
Our client is a local leading player in healthcare industry. They are now recruiting a Patient Service Associate to be part of their team to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Roles and Responsibilities of Patient Service Associate:
- Deliver prompt and high-quality service to patients with professionalism, empathy, and care.
- Offer financial guidance, including estimated costs, pre-surgery consultation, and financial aid options, to patients or their family members. This includes scheduling surgery dates and coordinating necessary follow-ups.
- Support the Executive/Manager in go-live preparations by updating work instructions, participating in User Acceptance Testing, and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Safeguard patient information and uphold confidentiality at all times.
- Ensure the efficient, timely, and well-organized scheduling of various medical procedures.
- Reach out to patients a day before surgery to confirm admission times and reinforce fasting guidelines.
- Provide general administrative support, including handling phone and email inquiries.
Requirements:
- O Level and above
- Min 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
