Roles and Responsibilities of Patient Service Associate:

  • Deliver prompt and high-quality service to patients with professionalism, empathy, and care.
  • Offer financial guidance, including estimated costs, pre-surgery consultation, and financial aid options, to patients or their family members. This includes scheduling surgery dates and coordinating necessary follow-ups.
  • Support the Executive/Manager in go-live preparations by updating work instructions, participating in User Acceptance Testing, and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Safeguard patient information and uphold confidentiality at all times.
  • Ensure the efficient, timely, and well-organized scheduling of various medical procedures.
  • Reach out to patients a day before surgery to confirm admission times and reinforce fasting guidelines.
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling phone and email inquiries.

Requirements:

  • O Level and above
  • Min 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
