Human Resource / Payroll Processing

  • To assist and support departmental heads in recruitment matters, including job postings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • To handle all payroll matters, submission of bank file and CPF
  • Assist in IR8A submission
  • To maintain and handle all leaves matters
  • To perform application, renewal and cancellation of all work permits
  • Organize, compile and update workers personnel records and documentation
  • To liaise with Insurance company to purchase security bonds, FWMI, WIC for all migrant workers
  • Prepare form IR21 tax clearance for Foreign Workers and IRAS submission
  • To prepare Letter of Offer / Promotion and Termination matters
  • To work with Insurance company on all insurance matters – both Company and Staff Insurance
  • To perform MOM declaration submission as required
  • Manage new staff onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit process.

Accounts

  • To record day-to-day financial transactions
  • Prepare payment vouchers to suppliers and staff claims
  • Perform month end closing activities including manual journals posting
  • Control and processing Accounts Receivables (issue sales billing and receipt) & Accounts Payable (data entry purchase invoice)
  • Matching of invoice received with PO, DO & quotation
  • Update Singapore custom permit details

Requirements

- At least GCE O Level or diploma qualifications with some relevant working experience in Human Resource and Administration

- Prior experience in Construction Industry will be advantageous

- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office

- Independent, Meticulous and Positive Attitude in learning

- Good organisational and interpersonal skills

- Good time management skills
