  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage warranty submissions for electric vehicles in compliance with regulatory and manufacturer requirements.
  • Conduct diagnostics and repairs for electric vehicles.
  • Oversee and track technical recalls, ensuring timely resolution and updates.
  • Prepare and submit technical reports to manufacturers and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to workshop technicians.
  • Coordinate discussions on technical failures with manufacturers and internal teams.
  • Serve as the main liaison for tracking and submitting documentation for warranty-related items across service centers.
  • Assist in conducting regular warranty audits to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain a central record of warranty-covered items and ensure proper documentation.
  • Safeguard physical warranty items for audit and review purposes.
  • Provide technical support and recommendations for workshop operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess NTC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in electric vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
  • Basic negotiation skills to liaise with manufacturers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 3,800 +AWS +VB (3 Months)
  • Working Location: Tuas Crescent
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM, Alternate Saturdays: 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM
