Roles and Responsibilities:· Executing the regional group Premier Private Client strategy and target operating business model· Drive strategic development initiatives to support the direction and growth of the PPC business· Develop new markets and identify business opportunities in strategic planning· Responsible for shaping PPC’s overall PPC growth strategy to achieve FTE, AUM and productivity uplift as per operating plan.· Identifying industry trends, as well as maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external partner· Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders both within and outside of OCBC Group to ensure sales rigor and orchestrate stakeholders to exceed assigned operating plan.· Independently conduct competitive market research on trends that have a potential to impact the business· Support strategic business planning, financial analysis, project management and co-ordinate relevant administrative activitiesQualificationsRequirements:
  • Have at least 8-10 years’ banking experience mainly in the offshore market, of which 3 years must be in management position
  • Be able to drive and lead business initiatives / projects by working with key stakeholders of all levels
  • Be able to create and deliver a compelling presentation
  • Must be mature to handle senior management and leadership to lead a business development & strategy team
