Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Integration Engineer to join our client's AI product team. This is a key delivery-focused role where you will bridge the gap between the product teams and the client project teams, ensuring the seamless deployment of banking software solutions. You will play a critical role in the integration and deployment of various configurations for customer projects, collaborating closely with integration development teams to address gaps and manage change requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between product teams and client project teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of banking solutions.
- Support the delivery of AI-powered banking software into client environments, ensuring proper integration and deployment practices.
- Work closely with integration development teams to address technical gaps and provide solutions during the project delivery process.
- Collaborate with product engineers for training and shadowing, enhancing your knowledge of the product and solution deployment.
- Guide client project teams in deploying various configurations of the system, providing expertise and support throughout the integration phase.
- Manage and implement change requests, ensuring alignment with client requirements and product capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for improvements, address technical challenges, and proactively suggest optimizations for product performance and integration.
- Build and maintain a core team, ensuring permanence and stability in project execution and delivery.
- Provide support to internal teams, ensuring efficient use of cloud platforms (e.g., VCOS/Cloudlink) for project delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise system integration and deployment.
- Strong experience with Java, C, C#, C++, or VB.Net (note: full-stack Java expertise not required).
- Proficient in writing SQL queries and experience with databases (relational, NoSQL, etc.).
- Solid experience with cloud platforms, and ideally familiar with VCOS/Cloudlink.
- Familiarity with the fintech sector, with preference for candidates who have experience working on banking-related vendor solutions.
- Ability to manage and resolve integration issues, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and technical optimizations.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with product engineers, client project teams, and integration developers.
- Must have sufficient experience to handle enterprise-level system integrations and provide guidance without being overly senior or junior.
