Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Incident Management processes, including escalation and notification, are followed effectively.
  • Coordinating PIRs and RCAs for incidents, working with Problem Management to prevent recurrences.
  • Monitoring service delivery and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring obligations are met and escalated.
  • Managing Change Management activities and Driving service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Forecasting resource demand and planning service delivery to ensure efficiency.
  • Managing account service issues and prioritizing work requests.
  • Collaborating with the business to integrate new and improved services.
  • Providing reporting and trend analysis to support the customer's business.
  • Analyzing client requirements and providing technical input for service delivery.
  • Continuously improving the client's technical setup in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of IT Outsourcing experience, encompassing multiple fields.
  • Expertise in Technical Infrastructure implementation and Strong Project Management skill set.
  • In-depth understanding of IT Outsourcing Services and operation coordination.
  • Proven People Management skills.
