Key Responsibilities

This position supports sales, navigating client and vendor organizations with an overall goal of optimizing contracting value to maximize revenue and profit.

This position specifically supports engagement with our key clients. Teaming with the Finance team and Business Units Heads this position also provides transparency to Executive committee on Sales metrics and optimization opportunities.

This position will advise on appropriate pricing and engagement structure and will require an understanding of current customer agreements and engagement models.

On a day-to-day basis, work with Commercial and Procurement teams this individual is accountable for operational aspects of Account management including BE/RTBR.

  • Strong negotiation and client communication skills
  • Detailed knowledge of IT Services and nuances and nuances of software contracting
  • New business development by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; suggesting new applications and sales strategies
  • Keen understanding of Singapore/ASEAN laws and regulations related to commercial contracting and software licensing
  • High energy, self-starter, ability to work independently, analytical, quick learner, organized, flexible to change and drives results
  • Develop sales by making presentations; explaining service enhancements; introducing new products and services
  • Strong negotiation skills/experience with excellent business judgment
  • Ability to analyze, understand, and respond to situations quickly, succinctly and accurately
  • Skillful in handling internal and external customers; customer focused attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment, Proactive with deadlines.
  • English language proficiency verbal and written communication
