What will you do?



Business partner for salon, responsible to develop assigned area through existing customers and newly acquired customers. This role will be home based in Singapore, hence strong discipline needed to ensure commercial productivity.

You Are Expected To Manage The Following

  • Assist in leading and coach the Kiehl’s Education team to execute excellent and relevant training programs to the Beauty Advisors. Evaluates Education programs from within and report recommendations / issues to Brand General Manager & Go-to-market team for next steps & training priorities.
  • Assist in Education Strategy & Plans to support brand’s strategy and achieve brand’s goal
  • Adapt, execute, and evaluate all training programs in Virtual & Physical classroom, E-Learning and Live Training program to achieve desired business results, tailor aligns to individual market needs and in partnership with Marketing & Retail Team
  • Prepare, present and effectively facilitate all trainings incorporating the principles of Luxury Selling Experience with Empathy & Human Connection and evaluate training relevancy and effectiveness.
  • Co-lead discussion and collaborate with Retail Team to prioritize monthly store/BA’s coaching based on business needs and prioritize BA’s development.
  • Conduct on-going assessment in terms of Beauty advisors' skills and training needs.
  • Analyze national and regional / area KPI and implement tailored training programs to address specific areas of concern.
  • Impersonate and transmit brand values to the distribution with strong passion in Beauty, and able to inspire the team
  • Keep an eye on competition and report qualitative feedback from the field

Who are we looking for?

  • Diploma in Business (any field) preferably
  • Min 3 year in education/training field within skincare
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Energetic and able to travel intensively
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving mindset
