in the using software to automate processes, assist with network administration, and resolving IT support issues.
To be successful as an IT specialist, you should have an in-depth knowledge of various software and hardware

Job Description – Key Task and Responsibilities
- Experience in using the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, VBAs, RPAs etc.
- Troubleshooting technical, network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- To perform routine BCP / DR exercise.
- Coordinate with vendors on applications and project implementations.
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
- Professional Degree
- Certification in Microsoft is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.

- Ability to manage the administration and implementation of clients' global risk management programme; placement and servicing of Local insurance programs;
- Self-starter, ability to work in complete autonomy.
