PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Planning and Development:
- Participate in the development and execution of strategic plans for expanding clinic services and improving operations.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align operational goals with organizational objectives and long-term vision.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies for service expansion, partnerships, and process improvements.
2. Budget and Financial Management:
- Oversee the financial performance of the clinics, managing budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with finance teams to analyze financial reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial sustainability.
3. Operational Leadership & Business Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the specialist clinics, ensuring efficient service delivery and high patient satisfaction.
- Manage staffing levels, resource allocation, and operational workflows to optimize patient throughput and care quality.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices across clinics.
- Work closely with Management, Doctors, staff and patients in ensuring operational needs are met and resolved.
- Ensure full compliance with necessary authorities and accreditation requirements are in place for all clinics.
4. Team Management and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of clinic operation staff
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative work environment.
5. Any other relevant operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Healthcare/Hospital/Clinic Operations, with at least 2 years in managerial or team management capacity
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, licensing requirements and compliance standards
- Strong financial acumen to manage business units
- Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Positive people management skills, proactive and service orientated
- A team player with a positive attitude, professionalism and a strong work ethic
