Setup and Configuration:
- Deploy and configure M365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment and Intune.
- Implement security and compliance policies to ensure data classification and compliance.
- Conduct Proof of Concept (POC), new product evaluations and fitment.
- Configure and manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
Management and Operation:
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of M365 services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services and applications.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with other IT teams to integrate M365 services with existing systems and applications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users effectively utilize M365 services.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest M365 features, updates, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in the planning and lead execution of M365-related projects and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or other relevant certifications.
- Proven experience in setting up, configuring, managing, and operating M365 tenant and workloads.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment and Intune.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
- Experience with hybrid M365 environments and integration with on-premises systems.
- Familiarity with security and compliance features in M365, such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and related identity management solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
