Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-focused projects that enhance core banking solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional product owners and technical teams to define project scope, gather requirements, and develop detailed project plans.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-scope delivery of projects.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and assess project risks related to AI implementation and core banking operations, developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally with experience in banking software/systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in a banking or financial services.
  • Good understanding of core banking operations, regulatory requirements, and some familiarity with emerging AI trends.
  • Strong leadership experience, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English, and in Thai language is required to manage Thai speaking clients in Thailand.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
