Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team by managing schedules, booking of air ticket and hotel, arranging courier, and handling correspondence.
  • Document Management: Maintain office files, records, and documents (both digital and physical), ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval.
  • Office Coordination: Assist with office supply management, ensuring that necessary supplies are stocked and ordering replacements as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, including speaking, reading, and writing, is required to effectively communicate in a multicultural work environment and with clients.
