Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team by managing schedules, booking of air ticket and hotel, arranging courier, and handling correspondence.
- Document Management: Maintain office files, records, and documents (both digital and physical), ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval.
- Office Coordination: Assist with office supply management, ensuring that necessary supplies are stocked and ordering replacements as needed.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data in company databases and spreadsheets.
- General Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, including speaking, reading, and writing, is required to effectively communicate in a multicultural work environment and with clients.
- Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Excellent time management skills
- Diligent to details and can work Independently
