- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Partners and other stakeholders. Be familiar with each partners' agenda, requests and working styles.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, accommodation and managing schedules of the partners and other stakeholders, taking accountability to plan and schedule arrangements in an appropriate and efficient manner.
- Managing diaries, organising internal and external meetings, appointments, events, and/or taking minutes of meetings, etc. To be responsible for all necessary coordination, communication and exercise discretion of the time needed for such arrangements.
- Handles and file expense claims for the reporting partners and keeps track and collate all expenses claims for required reporting purposes.
- Performs administrative duties such as preparation of engagement letters, reports, invoices, audit files, etc and is responsible for effective and timely execution of each task.
- Assist in the preparation/collation of email circulars, PowerPoint presentations, etc as and when needed.
- Management of projects which includes liaising and following up with stakeholders on behalf of the Partner he/she reports to.
- Organisation and coordinate projects, meetings and related trainings.
- Develop, maintain and support a good relationship with all other PAs and to render assistance in time of need.
- Assist and take on ad hoc tasks, projects and engagements as and when designated and required by the partners.
- Diploma/degree holder in any field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business support/secretarial/PA role
- Microsoft Office and good knowledge of PowerPoint presentations or related presentation tools will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with tact and diplomacy.
- Great team player who works well with all levels of colleagues.
- Discretion and trustworthiness to handle confidential information.
- Flexible, adaptable, and highly independent.
- Meticulous with good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
