We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing cybersecurity projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, project management, and leadership skills to lead a team of security professionals. This role is based in Southeast Asia, where the company operates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate project resources, including staff, equipment, and vendors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Manage project documentation and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7-12 years of experience in cybersecurity and project management
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading and mentoring teams
- Experience managing complex cybersecurity projects from start to finish
- Knowledge of relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
- Excellent project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and resource allocation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Certifications in cybersecurity and project management, such as CISSP, PMP, or CISM, are highly desirable
