Responsibilities:

  • Lot Professional services to provide day-2 Cyber Security support & Services.
  • Patching cycle - once in every 2 months on client’s cyber infrastructure architecture on network, OS and Cyber Security tools.
  • Act as liaison & escalation contact point between client’s Security Operation Center team & internal IT team.
  • Handle of change requests & incident escalation from start to closure with the SOC team and respective stakeholders.
  • Attend to client’s escalation; first respond to client within 24hrs and patching within 24hrs for critical CVE but it is subjective to firmware & software patch availability, based on internal Tender requirement and client’s guidelines. Based on internal IT Team tender requirements & client’s guidelines, eventually, it will be fallback to firmware & software patch availability from vendors. If patch & firmware is not available, a temp workaround or mitigation must put in place by internal IT team.
  • Attend to monthly steering committee meetings, cyber security related agenda.
  • 2 times PenTest on external facing and outbound network segment.
  • Update of Cyber Security documentation and monitoring list for proper closures.

Conditions:

  1. AII documentations technical guidelines, SOP & design documents will be provided by internal IT Team.
  2. Cyber Security Engineer will handle IT security software implemented by client only and will not involve in EUC endpoint installation and IT/Cyber Security software development-related activities.
