- Degree in Sales / Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales into high-end residential projects
- Experienced in forecasting sales and building a customer base with developers, designers, architects and consultants.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate/construction industry and a professional network in Singapore and the APAC region
- Strong track record of success in B2B sales
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Knowledge of Liebherr's appliance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to interact at all levels internally as well as externally from different cultures/backgrounds.
- Ability to influence with excellent negotiation skills and is a business acumen with problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to analyse market needs and convert them into commercial success.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others, self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision.
