Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Executive for Business Development and Accounts Management to join our growing team. This position is essential for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, identifying business growth opportunities, and managing key projects to ensure successful delivery. You will also be responsible for generating new leads, enhancing client satisfaction, and supporting various stakeholders to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Key Account Management
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, promptly addressing inquiries and issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to ensure client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts for upselling and cross-selling.
- Understand clients’ evolving needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop strategies to expand business within assigned accounts, focusing on revenue growth and client retention.
2. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, seminars, and networking opportunities to generate new leads.
- Engage in direct outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize existing relationships to generate referrals and recommendations for new business.
- Prepare tailored presentations and proposals for potential clients.
3. Project Management & Oversight
- Oversee projects assigned by the direct supervisor, ensuring successful delivery across various business lines and community initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Heads of Departments (HODs) to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Monitor projects to identify potential issues early and optimize resource usage.
4. Stakeholder & Administrative Support
- Balance the interests of various stakeholders, including management, customers, suppliers, financiers, and community groups.
- Perform additional duties and handle ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the supervisor and management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development or account management.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
