Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews/Phone calling and select potential candidates to meet in-house Director/Managers requirements.
- Involve in Telemarketing / Recruitment activities
- Play an active role in our recruitment activities
- Interact and assist with the registration of newly join candidates
- Explain our incentive scheme to our candidates and attend to their enquiries
- Assist in the generation and compilation of reports
- Customer service, Data entry, follow-up on customer request
- To cover ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher holder of any discipline with at least 1 year related field or with sales and customer service experience
- Proficiency with MS EXCEL, POWERPOINT and Google email, Drive
- Strong passion for sales and recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality and a positive attitude towards learning
- Responsible, takes initiative in work and able to commit to work
