Sales Director, Strategic Accounts
Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Director, Strategic Accounts to manage and drive revenue growth. This individual will be a hands-on hunter, responsible for winning new logos and leading large deals. This role involves developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is essential to achieving the annual financial targets.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building and managing a robust pipeline of large deals, with a primary focus on acquiring new clients. You will engage consultatively with CXOs of target clients to establish strong relationships. The Sales Director will promote and sell services using solid sales strategies to both existing and prospective customers. You will collaborate with internal teams (solutions and delivery) to manage deals throughout the entire sales cycle, including qualification, proposal development, client presentations, pricing, contract negotiation, and more. Additionally, you will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base, starting in Singapore with an eventual focus on Southeast Asia.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should hold a business degree or an equivalent qualification. At least 12 years of professional sales experience with Strategic Accounts in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Expertise in IT systems integration, managed services, or solution selling (as opposed to transactional goods) is essential, along with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in driving large deals (over SGD 50M). Strong experience working with System Integrators is also required.
