Functions and Responsibilities:
- Marketing, Customer Service, Administrative duties
- Able to do basic Website design
- Responsible to Social media management, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
- Create design for event poster (basic Photoshop skill)
- In charge of Customer Service and Relationship building maintain accounts (Data entry and Follow-up)
- Direct assist the Director and Manager meeting slides
- Responsible in schedule meeting using Google Calendar, Email, Google DRIVE tracking
- Well-versed in Ms-Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Min. Local Diploma holderwith Self-discipline, Responsibility & well organized
- Entry level candidate, Fresh Diploma Graduate are welcome to apply
- Able to speak in Mandarin (In order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Relevant experience will be an advantage
- Responsible, takes initiative in work and able to commit to work
- Meticulous and ability to multi-task, task orientated and work independently
- Proficient in latest Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and basic Photoshop
- Good communication and customer service skills, with a positive attitude towards learning
