- Implement quality control measures to maintain high-performance HVAC and ventilation systems.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and performance evaluations before project handover.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, contracts, permits, and compliance reports.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status.
- Document lessons learned for continuous process improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical ventilation, or MEP project management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and project costs effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (ASHRAE, SMACNA, LEED, local codes).
