About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer/Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the exciting and ever-evolving digital signage industry. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing and delivering compelling solutions, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market (e.g., retail, hospitality, corporate, transportation).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Solution Selling:

  • Understand client needs and develop tailored digital signage solutions that address their specific business objectives.
  • Prepare compelling solution proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and consultation to clients throughout the sales process.

Sales & Quotations:

  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, including pricing, delivery timelines, and terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Tendering:

  • Prepare and submit high-quality tender documents, including technical specifications, pricing, and project timelines.
  • Participate in tender presentations and Q&A sessions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project management, engineering, installation) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales and business development will be advantage.
  • Understanding of digital signage technologies, including hardware, software, and content management systems will be advantage.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with tendering processes will be advantage.
