- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts related to End User Computing (EUC) / Technology initiatives, including new feature release, software upgrades, hardware deployments, and system migrations.
- Understand EUC changes and ensure changes are effectively communicated and adopted by end users, minimizing disruption to daily operations.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Create change communications, Infographics, and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Develop training materials to support change initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Identify and address potential risks and resistance to change.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in change management or a related role.
- Experience with End User Computing (EUC) / Technology initiatives, including new feature release, software upgrades, hardware deployments, and system migrations.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software.
Preferred Skills:
