  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives.
  • Lead change management efforts related to End User Computing (EUC) / Technology initiatives, including new feature release, software upgrades, hardware deployments, and system migrations.
  • Understand EUC changes and ensure changes are effectively communicated and adopted by end users, minimizing disruption to daily operations.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Create change communications, Infographics, and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Develop training materials to support change initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Identify and address potential risks and resistance to change.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in change management or a related role.
  • Experience with End User Computing (EUC) / Technology initiatives, including new feature release, software upgrades, hardware deployments, and system migrations.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software.

Preferred Skills:
